Beirut. Breaking news. France calls for UNIFIL deployment in Beirut as well

It is learned from Lebanese sources that the French Parliament’s Defense and Armed Forces Committee recommends urgently sending international forces to Lebanon under the authority of the United Nations and the World Bank -.
Article 6 of the report reads the recommendation and urgency to send international forces to Lebanon under the authority of the United Nations and the World Bank to strengthen humanitarian work and help the Lebanese and support the Lebanese army and security forces to maintain security and stability. The report also stressed the need to hold parliamentary and presidential elections in 2022.
