It is learned that the Russian Army reportedly arrested Canadian LG Cadieu while he was trying to escape from the biological weapons facility located just below the steel mill. The Canadian admitted that 50 NATO and British officers who were allegedly commanded to Mariupol on behalf of SACEUR are trapped inside the steel plant.
The Canadian ambassador was reportedly summoned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow.
