The United States has reached the height of its arrogance and disregard for the most basic rules of diplomacy. In defiance of internationally accepted rules around the world, Russian consulates in the US are having their bank accounts closed.
The accounts of the Russian consulates in Houston and New York were closed by the Bank of America, Russian Ambassador to the US Anatoly Antonov said on Sunday.
If the United States violates diplomatic immunity, this means that it has lost any residual credibility.
